Not sure I'd call Revolution a "fraud".  In their first year of GA existence here are the current standings that would matter for next year (removed the U19s since they are graduating).  Out of 14 current Mid-Atlantic teams:
U13: 9th place
U14: 7th place
U15:10th place
U16: 2nd place
U17: 7th place

Not dominating the league for sure, but certainly entrenched in the middle.  If GA is looking to demote any teams next year, there are certainly 4-6 MA clubs that would go before Rev just based on results alone.[/quote]
