So he's super dumb and doesn't have a clue.  But had the PDB for four years, knows a lot of angles that you've never heard of, had a federal workforce of over 2 million distilling info for him and has seen things that you never will.

But he's just doesn't understandand doesn't have a clue about tariffs (according to you).
