Nope.  Floris goes first because KAA is located in the Floris distict.

Then it's Coates and McNair because once you move Floris Coates and McNair are a Westfield attendance island without a move.

Then you move Oak Hill to relieve Chantilly overcrowding.

If KAA is small enough, that's it.  If it has additional capacity, they decide what's more important - the desire to alleviate long commutes to Oakton (favors Crossfield) or the practicality of sending kids who live closer to KAA (favors Fox Mill).

What they shouldn't be doing is planning any "expansion" of KAA beyond the interior modifications needed for it to be a high school.   They're going to be creating a fair amount of extra capacity at Westfield and leaving a lot of extra capacity at Herndon.  [/quote]
