PP here.  No that's not me (this kid not in high school yet like yours), but I'm not surprised multiple black or lower teams had the same experience.  I think I'd be fine with it at a club where lower level teams pay less than upper level teams, and didn't subsidize their tournament costs.  It's paying the same for a very sub-par experience compared to others that makes it intolerable.  Not my problem anymore - kid picked up a new travel sport that they are actually good at this time.[/quote]

This can be a general club problem, at our club, the 2nd team gets you a ton less in coaching and extras.  Our 1st team has had 3 tournaments this spring while our 2nd team has had1.  1st team coach is very good, 2nd team coach doesn’t have a license and is not very motivating.  But it’s the same price. Thats terrible that the fees are the same, but you are allocated a coach with no license. 1 tournament is completely garbage considering all the asset they have from the parents that buy in.

Would anyone have what the fee structure would look like.
