Just to be clear, I take no position on the merits. Presumably the school board has staff lawyers who evaluate compliance with rules etc. I leave it to them to figure it all out. [/quote] Lol you would presume. There are no staff lawyers. If there were the former Superintendent wouldn’t have tried “his” swap. Instead they just wasted taxpayer money and time for a couple of years. I think no matter what side you’re on in regards to the move, there is some deeply troubling incompetence in the system.[/quote]
