Consultants leveraged that existing feeder pattern to move Franklin kids to Stone/Westfield. Walney Oakes saw the writing on the wall, and were able to align themselves with Rocky Run during the Comprehensive boundary review, so that they’d be bound to what would remain the Chantilly MS feeder. The rest of Brookfield/Franklin was reassigned to Stone/Westfield. [/quote]
