They both puked then proceeded to go the beach, go in the water, and kiss? Good lord. I personally think he was too drunk to assault, jmo. He was on the verge of passing out, which he did shortly after. Doesn't sound like either one was functional.

Now that we know how drunk she was, I do think her friends should have shepherded her back to the hotel. I don't remember any of my friends puking then proceeding to socialize after. It was straight home to bed at that point![/quote]
