The fact that it’s their hustle is because there is strong demand for discounted detergent. DC could do a lot more to serve the interest of lower income residents by making contracts for bulk detergent purchases. Instead a bunch of condescending progressives believe that they know better than their stated basic needs and decided the most important thing is to get the population of the city most likely to take the bus to instead ride bicycles, because cars and bad and climate change. If it doesn’t make sense, it’s not supposed to. [/quote]
