Expecting lawyers to appear simultaneously in multiple trials, means Trump is being denied the right to an attorney. It was Jack Smith that chose to file charges in multiple jurisdictions. He also chose to file charges on classified docs when others did the same thing. Saying Biden cooperated doesn't clear Biden. It means Smith should have charged Trump with only obstruction. Had he done that, then there would be no delays over the classified material, which requires attorneys to be able to access the material and challenge whether the material is actually classified.[/quote]
