That's not how it works. Vomiting indicates serious overconsumption of alcohol. You're not magically better because you throw up. You're still really, really drunk. The alcohol remains in the bloodstream and needs to be processed by the liver, which takes time. You've just expelled some of the toxins so you feel less sick.

Given that they were both videotaped vomiting, neither one was functional. I'm surprised anyone can think he was functional enough to be some dastardly mastermind in that state.[/quote]

He puked before getting to beach too? So he "rescued" her shortly after that (according to the story reported on news today)? Then puked again on beach? Is a non-"functional" person able to "rescue" in a red flag warning swimming ocean after puking 1 or 2x? Any experts who can weigh in?[/quote]
