We are talking about DCU specifically.  Not the DMV as a whole.  The DMV is a good place to be because there are a lot of solid coaches around and a good foundation of talent at all.ages.  DCU on the other hand doesn't know how to develop or nurture that talent.  [/quote]

Explain in detail why DCU isn't developing individual players?
If the other coaches in the area are so great at development, where are these exceptional kids they have developed outside DCU?[/quote]
