It's the second motion hearing, will likely last a short time and is likely focused on a procedural or evidentiary point. The WP did do a subsequent story on the first motions hearing, I don't know if that will happen again or if that coverage will be folded in with coverage of the preliminary hearing. I think there will be a lot of that, both print and tv, on the 17th or in following days. It will give everyone a much better look at the Commonwealth's case against her. [/quote]
