[/quote] Certainly no fundamental right to homeschool or send your kids to private religious school. Framers never said anything at all about schooling, actually. States should be free to compel public school attendance like some European nations do. It would be good for kids, good for the country, and good for the schools. Bad for indoctrination and billionaires, of course. [/quote]
