Etcheverry and Moreno went to the world Cup in 94 with Bolivia while beating Brazil during qualifying (with Etcheverry scoring the game winner). They are still both in the Top 10-15 all time players in MLS. Bolivia's recent struggles internationally are irrelevant. [/quote]
