What appeals to one person may not appeal to another. That is why there are so many different sizes and styles of homes. Location and schools also play a big part in what people consider when buying. As far as MP, the neighborhood certainly is new and pretty but yes, there are aspects that could have been improved such as so much siding or very close homes.
