I feel like Jo has always been the more mature one about other men in Isaac’s life.  Back when Kail was dating Jordan, Jo was adamant about meeting him, because he knew he would be around Isaac.  That first meeting was filmed, and Jo was very calm, friendly, and polite about it.  After he left, Kail and Jordan whined about how “awkward” it was.

Jo was also fine with Isaac calling Javi “Daddy.”  Can you imagine if he called Vee “Mommy”?  Kail would flip her shit.  Javi even has a tattoo of Isaac’s face on his arm, and Jo doesn’t care.  Jo seems to be secure enough in his role as Isaac’s father—he knows he’s #1 and always will be—that he’s not threatened by Isaac’s close relationships with others.[/quote]
