Top Ten 1. Bullis. 2 losses to 2 good teams by a total of 2 goals 2. St. John’s. A win against PVI puts them as the front runner if Bullis loses 3. Paul VI. loses the first of 3 tough ones 4. Georgetown Prep. Losses to top CA team, top PA team, a rival and a first half scrimmage to Paul VI 5. Landon. No trouble with the football powerhouse 6. Good Counsel. On the road for an easy one and one really tough one 7. St. Albans - Beating the teams they are supposed to 8. Gonzaga - One more moves them higher 9.Urbana - Best public and a good team 10. Heights - winning record and a puncher’s chance against GZ
Thanks Prep Dad! Here's what gave you away: Your DS clearly doesn’t play for Landon. Only a Landon-hater would rank the Bears as low as #5. Your DS doesn’t play for '#1 Bulli's either. Not even Bullis players, parents or entire state of Delaware thinks Bullis is #1. Chances are DS still has ‘#1 Bullis’ on upcoming schedule. The shade at 'unranked EHS' also hints at love/hate relationship with IAC. But salty Prep Dad's big giveaway is resentment toward ‘#8’ Gonzaga. Really? The Eagles are well below two teams they just beat head-to-head (‘#3’ PVI & ‘#4’ GP)? GP is an excellent team. Maybe they'll even beat lowly Landon and mighty Bullis. Still, that loss to '#8 GZ' will burn forever.
