I’m questioning how good PVI really is.  I would have thought they would have knocked the piss out of the Heights yesterday but they really didn’t. They had a big lead in the first half but Heights made it a little interesting in the 2nd half. Reminder the Heights only beat Sidwell Friends by a goal.

This is how I would rank the top 6 (IAC, WCAC teams only)

3. Prep

5. PVI

I was at the PVI game yesterday. Heights brought it within 2 with just 6 minutes left and then PVI defender took an extremely dirty late hit on heights’ best offensive player. All that momentum came to a stop after the hit.

I have now seen all of the top 5-6 WCAC and every IAC team play. My conclusion is not that PVI isn’t as good as we think, but that both PVI and Heights are top caliber teams (PVI being 1-2 goals better). [/quote]

Troll? No coach would put in nor keep backups in when you are in that close of a game in 3rd/4th. Especially not in a WCAC matchup, but maybe your sons public school does differently?
