The US attorney cherry picked the biggest names at the beginning. It could have been part of Singer’s deal to give up a small number and let him protect certain hundreds of other people.[/quote] From the indictment and complaint, they nailed the people they could get on tape admitting to or at least not disputing Singer's statement that the money they gave to his foundation was to cheat on the SAT/ACT and/or bribe a coach or university official or otherwise admit to fraud. The other people may still be investigated but they don't have a recorded admission. [/quote]
