[/quote] Part of me thinks he's so far gone and lost in his own delusions that he genuinely thinks he's a stylish trendsetter and that others are jealous of him for not coming up with a dorky red trucker hat idea. And his delusions are reinforced by his cult followers who would wear dog poop hats if he wore one.
