[twitter]https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1594500655724609536[/twitter] Fanboys, how awesome is your Elon?
This is the guy who is a hero to the Jesus-loving right?
No. The Jesus-loving right does not love Elon. He's too much of a loose cannon, and doesn't parrot all the right Christo-fascist hate speech. He's more of a libertarian.
He’s a libertarian who’s gone hard right, just like Peter Thiel.
Not quite as bad - Musk has given to both parties, and both Democrat and Republican candidates, with slightly more for Republicans. I really don't think he has a preference, mostly it's just good business practices. If anything, I really think he has an immature view of freedom of speech and small government, but that tends more libertarian than the anti-abortion/anti-immigrant/white-only MAGA platform. Thiel, that little worm, was instrumental in shoving Trumper JD Vance into the spotlight and getting him elected. Musk and Thiel and all those Silicon bros are "friends", as much as they can be given who they are.
