Two story family room and grand multigen suite were not options on Palatine. The prep kitchen is much nicer/larger in Renwick compared to Palatine. Bedroom sizes were good in Palatine[/quote]

I think it is possible toll removed the palatine because it was not as profitable. When you look at its dimensions it would fit better on the lots that are coming out in phase 2. The detached garage, and courtyard(for garages) was not the most profitable layout. In addition the palatine was not as popular of a model as it is more expensive and did not offer multigen suites. Personally I like a dramatic foyer which the phase 2 models seem to lack but the kalorama seems to have a nice family room. [/quote]
