There is no precedent for this to begin to predict where or how quickly this will go.  Given the nature of what's happening here, I expect that DOJ would try to keep things under wrap as long as possible and try not to make the nature of the investigation public information until they were just about ready to file formal criminal charges.  But in this instance, given what has been disclosed about the nature of the documents seized, it is possible that national security concerns forced DOJ to act sooner than they otherwise might have wanted to.[/quote]
