Did he happen to mention what would happen with the once a year folks when they develop other concerns? Do they get stuck in their once a year plans until open season or until they check out — whichever comes first?

There’s something horrifically stupid about having people with zero backgrounds in healthcare being arrogant enough to legislate policies for the rest of us.  
What would it take to remove healthcare from the list of benefits that Congress gets courtesy of taxpayers?
