You have to leave something on the table to provide an off-ramp. If you play all your cards right away what do you have left to gamble with. I think the president is playing it pretty cool right now and I’m not a fan of his as I’m farther to the left economically - I haven’t really cared for his middle of the road approach domestically.[/quote] Nah, Putin's a lost cause. There's only three options for him now, the Hague, killed by his own oligarchs or to become Xi's vassal. They might be trying to peel off some oligarchs by making them alone feel the pain for Putin's folly though [/quote]
