People are being bullied because of their surnames. Some are being killed. You may not share their fears, but don't belittle them. [/quote] Please read the original post in which the poster said she feared her child would be bullied in kindergarten because he had a Muslim surname. She and her family have dual citizenship so that they could leave the country if this happened. It was the poster who talked about her membership in the educated global class and that she could live any place she wished. My point was that fear of having a child bullied seems an odd reason to leave a country. Would you leave a country if your child were bullied or would you deal with it as many of us have done.
