Where is the guy who peaked at Williams upon graduating in 1995 and spent the next 2 decades in free fall right into a neighborhood that feeds into Wakefield??
Where is the guy that is so bothered about other people's real estate choices? Are you that bothered that someone has made a savvier investment than you? They aren't afraid of brown people, so they have a nicer home, greater potential for appreciation, better commute, and his kids will have a better shot at a more prestigious college. All while benefiting from a more diverse educational experience. I'm sorry your fear has kept you from these things. Maybe your children will do better.
LOL.if only you knew. I live in a neighborhood that is orders of magnitude more diverse than SA and my kids go to Big 3. I'm not unsophisticated white dude living in Gainesville or Centerville or Vienna or some equally hideously uncultured place. I just want to know what bad decisions does one make that leads to kids at Wakefield??
Christopher Barry lived in a diverse neighborhood and went to a Big 3. Didn't work out so well for him now, did it?
Well, what happens at home with mom and dad trumps all.
