Give'em hell OP![/quote] You are hearing OP's side of the story. Generally, folks like her don't acknowledge that their actions make matters worse. Rather than attempting to solve the problem, she exacerbates. If I were on the condo board or the building manager, I would send letters to her and her landlord each time she does something like the bicycle lock or the lawn chair in the pool. No one is going to evict her but they will document her past bad behavior. In case something bad happens in the building, the police will knock on OP's door first. [/quote]
