I live nearby and I honestly wouldn't ordinarily mind something higher density like town homes but the traffic issues at that intersection are real and significant. It's one of the main objections to the Sunrise facility. If you don't drive through that area 3 plus times a day at peak hours like I do you don't know the situation.
