The entire system is ridiculous. It is ludicrous to have some one born to the head of state and to hold that position for life, based on nothing more than who his or her parents were. The Windsors aren't the brightest bulbs in the room, or especially good, or possessing any virtue which makes them uniquely suitable to be the head of state.  They aren't even particularly attractive. (Not even Kate.  She's a pretty girl, but she's only a 7 or so.)

The UK should write a constitution with real protections for the people and get rid of the royal family.
