ACA increased their premium to help lower premiums on older people. That's why many of that group are paying the fine. And, statements like yours are evidence of partisanship, lack of knowledge or ignoring the fact that there is NO way to address cost and coverage as if it's the same across the nation. In some cases it's all three.[/quote]
