My parents were horrified. Luckily, they attended high quality daycare centers where 3 was the cut off for diapers. I knew it would not go on forever. I have friends who have 4 year olds in diapers and even 5-6 year olds who have to poop in a pull up. They insist there aren't any medical issues, just that the child is not ready.
