When the Town of Vienna families (who were zoned for FH) had to option to go to Vienna Elementary, only about 6 out of approximately 24 did that. Most of the FH parents seemed very happy with the FH. Sometimes, I think the Town of Vienna parents want the Marshall families out of Vienna because they perceive them as the poor step children. I'm not sure why moving the Marshall families out of Vienna is so critical to them considering that Vienna has a lot fewer students than FH.[/quote]

Problem is that Vienna ES  has no space for trailers if it becomes overcapacity. The playground is already so small with no field. Also the point of moving town residents to Vienna ES is to align high school pyramids. So moving the Marshall hs kids from Vienna ES to freedom hill would serve that purpose as well. [/quote]
