If you look up the law suit that the franchise filed against him, they provide a copy of the emails RS sends to the contestants. When one - name was redacted - contestant said he didn't want to share information because of the clauses in the contract he signed, RS replied that no one has ever been successfully sued for divulging information to him, so not to worry. The contestant obviously shared that exchange with the franchise.[/quote]
