But I truly appreciate you asking these questions because it illustrates the level of understanding (or lack thereof) that is necessary to propose something like this. Do you have any idea how expensive that is? Do you have another 50k-75k a year in your after tax to devote to that? If you are in a 35% percent federal tax bracket and pay 8.9% to dc that's another @145k per year in pretax income out the door. [/quote]
