8 blocks each way is a long walk for a 3 year old. Also some of us work so adding 40 minutes to morning routine is not an option. I get where you're going with this, but why are you being so nasty about it?[/quote]

Not PP but no one is saying walk 8 blocks. What I am saying is park two blocks away and walk your child in to school instead of double parking in front of the school. Also don't do a u-turn in the middle of 14th St during pick-up/drop-off time because it is illegal and dangerous! [/quote]
