[/quote] The owner will not [unless they are crazed] rip my flesh, pull off a nose, etc. Mauls /killings percentages have increased in frequency and severity hence the reactions of insurance companies. Many people we know do not take dogs to dog parks. Ours only goes on leash to parks when accompanied by large males capable of using a leather belt slinged and tightened. I loved taking my dogs on leashed walks in parks and to a lake. Not anymore. [/quote]
