Nothing can save Penn State.  They made their bed in with their inexplicable and nauseating response to an unprecedented atrocity. They permanently ruined their reputation among normal humans.  UVA can actually fumigate this infestation and even improve their standing.  It all starts with giving up the notion of  arrogance .  1) identify the rot 2) identify the quality 3) surgically remove the rot 4) replace the rot with intelligent decent people. 5) take your beautiful campus and move forward with zero tolerance for BS.[/quote]

Only if they shut down all frats for good, fire a lot of people, prosecute the rapists, and have education on alcohol and sex and treating women with respect. They need to bring back good old fashion dating and squash the hookup culture. If they do not do all of these things UVA will remain a breeding ground for barbaric alcoholics and sociopaths and rapists and continue to be the petri dish that it is.[/quote]
