Another way is that banning flights could worsen the already horrific situation by making aid even more difficult and by bringing panic to the people there. If large numbers of West Africans truly believe that hope is lost in their countries, then they will flee by any means, especially illegal ones. Does that seem like a good idea?[/quote]
