I don't live there, so I don't have that kind of detail (i.e. same guys, different guys...really not sure)
I only have acquaintances who live on that street and they never had problems with harassment at all (we had a talk on the topic after the shooting). I think you'd be best served by talking to some people who live there, I think they would be nice to you if you went by and asked around how they feel.
