No. You may (or may not) get access to more/better education as a result of buying a residence in a certain neighborhood that is more expensive because people are bidding up the prices because they think the schools for that neighborhood are good. That still doesn't mean that paying more in property taxes entitles you to more/better education. Because property taxes are not user fees.[/quote]
