I'd also be more than willing to spray a dog with pepper spray if it came up to me and was off-leash.

I've asked people to leash their dogs while walking around the neighborhood, and get the same responses like 'Screw You, it's my dog', or 'She's harmless!!!'.  Now, it's just a phone call to animal control.[/quote]

I volunteer at Animal Control. Seriously, I can tell you that nobody is going out for a labrador that is probably long back at home sleeping on its owners sofa.  There are serious calls that come in. Animal Control is probably one of the most understaffed, under funded groups in the city.[/quote]
