This one just hit and it's pretty nice and completely renovated with tons of space http://www.redfin.com/VA/Falls-Church/7414-Paxton-Rd-22043/home/9471718
It's a flip that sold for $378K last October. Vinyl siding, no garage and less than 1900 SF, but they want people to pay $240K more than purchase price for some interior upgrades.
That particular house is marked up for the premium location within PH - it's literally half a block from a shopping center with Trader Joe's, coffee shop, grilled chicken place (coming soon) and a handful of casual restaurants. If you care to cross the street, there's Whole Foods, more restaurants and some specialty shops (gym equipment, Baker Furniture, Architectural Ceramics, Persian food store). Tysons Pimmit library and a large park are a quick walk up a couple of blocks. Direct view of apartments IS undesirable so perhaps a quick landscaping job would take care of that. Also looks like they are still finishing up the patio. These apartments, however, aren't ghetto or cheap.
