Focusing on your own kids is all very well but it can't negate the fact that the same house would sell for more in a better school district. You are trying to deny that schools affect house pricing and it just is not correct. They do, very much so, otherwise the whole S. Arlington vs. N. Arlington would be a non-issue. Otherwise the stroller brigade would not be deserting hip, fun areas of DC when kids inch closer to ES age. Otherwise shacks in AU park wouldn't be selling close to a million dollars.
