When prices hit a price point over $800K in PH, even for nicer homes that are new or practically new, it's much harder to sell.

So people being solicited to buy shacks prime for a tear down for over $600K deserve to know they have other alternatives, not to mention that the house in question sold for less than $400K about six months ago.  I don't think the neighborhood is very appealing or that it's remotely clear that the improvements warrant such a giant mark-up.

Again check your facts, homes in pimmit hills that are properly priced in the 800 to 950 range sell without issues. The first home is 1.3 million and the second is a small new construction.

Besides what does this have to do with homes under 600k.
