I'm sort of curious too but I doubt the test prep advocates are willing to share that information. It's not in their self interest to lose their kids' or younger sibs/friends' competitive advantage as other posters have pointed out. This thread has gotten way out of control. 30 min per day in each of these areas will suffice -- week days, weekends and holidays.  This test prep worked for my kids.  Now, there's our secret.
