SG are running on a past reputation and care more about making money (via their own loan service, Fertility Finance) than caring for patients. I tried to ask questions about treatment and was ignored. Instead the doctor asked DH straight out if we could afford to go there and if not they have their own finance system yadda yadda yadda.
