The only people who deny that this is how Israel is really are are the ones who have not been to Israel or who are lying. Having spent a lot of time with that country, I finally decided some years ago never to go back because I couldn't deal with the hatred that just pours out of Israelis. They were very kind to me because I'm Jewish, but I couldn't shake the revulsion and sense of the surreal that came from hearing people in daily life so casually advocate other people's deaths.
