I have a role right now that is going into its third week - we do have candidates in the pipeline but none are a perfect fit. Like, we are making compromises with the talent pool that has shown up thus far. I continually go back to the funnel and check to see if there are any recent, stronger applicants. So, you never know! It could be worth 20 min of your time to send an application in.[/quote]
