I retired from a long litigation/attorney career and had been a supervisor. I have many accolades. It is evident I'm capable from my resume and 1-2 interviews would've been sufficient to ascertain that (along with references and writing samples). I finally gave up and am just starting my own private practice. It's so wasteful. And borderline insulting.[/quote]
